Meet Sara Jane!

Hi, I'm Sara Jane! With a lifelong passion for art and over six years of experience in permanent makeup, I love helping clients enhance their natural beauty through personalized treatments. Since beginning my career in 2020, I've continued to invest in my education, refine my techniques, and stay up to date with the latest advancements in permanent makeup. I take pride in my attention to detail and commitment to beautiful, customized results that complement each client's unique features and style.

For me, this business is about so much more than beauty. My favorite part of what I do is connecting with people, building relationships, and helping every client feel confident and comfortable in my chair. I prioritize maintaining a clean, sanitary salon environment and creating a relaxing experience where you feel cared for from start to finish. I use cruelty-free and vegan products, include personal aftercare products with my services, and strive to make every appointment as gentle and comfortable as possible. My goal is for you to leave feeling beautiful, confident, and like the best version of yourself!

Frequently Asked Questions

Permanent Makeup is a cosmetic tattoo. It is cosmetic ink that is implanted into the skin to enhance the shape and color of your Eyebrows, Lips, Freckles or Eyeliner. It  can mimic makeup, or look extremely natural to the point where you do not look like you have a cosmetic tattoo. It is different than a tattoo in the means of the type of ink used and the depth the ink is implanted. The ink used is semi-permanent. The depth that the ink implemented is more shallow than a traditional tattoo. This is why Touch - Ups are so helpful. At the end of the day, Permanent Makeup is a lifesaver so you no longer have to worry about reapplying makeup, smudgy makeup, or it washing/sweating off.
Permanent Makeup can last between 2-5 years. This, of course, depends on your skin type, lifestyle, and how often you get Touch - Ups.
No! At Stay Stunning, we use 2 different types of topical numbing creams to ensure your comfort.
Your first service will take up to 2.5 - 3 hours. Your touchup service will take up to 1.5 hours.
The healing process for all services is 6 - 8 weeks. You are given a complimentary healing guide that shows you the entire healing process from start to finish, so you know what to expect after you receive your service. This comes in your complimentary aftercare kit, along with a few products to use on the treated area until it is healed completely.
Touch - Ups are required at 6 weeks after your initial service to insure proper pigment retention. They also give you the opportunity to add darker pigmentation or tweak the shape of your Brow, Liner, or Lips. If you properly follow the aftercare, the pigment has the best chance at retaining in the skin. When the aftercare is not properly followed (ex: the area gets wet with in the first 5 days, or the healing skin is picked at) the pigment retention will be poor. This is why aftercare is SO IMPORTANT! Annual or Biannual Touch - Ups are great at maintaining the saturation and prolong your wear for years to come.
This is a case by case basis, but in most cases for covering previous permanent makeup the answer is no. Microblading, while very beautiful, does not allow full coverage of the brow area for a cover - up or correction. Meaning, if you have a previous powder brow, for example, and we try to cover it with microblading, little spots of the old brow color can peek through the microbladed areas. At Stay Stunning there is always a solution for every client, so set up a complimentary consultation to get a solution specifically catered to you!

(Consult your doctor.) - Is taking blood thinners such as Aspirin or similar medications. (Consult your doctor.) - Is taking steroids such as Cortisone, Accutane, Retin-A or Renova. Both Precare and Aftercare Instructions can be found below. Precare instructions are so important because there are certain things to know and things to avoid prior to your appointment. When precare is followed properly, your service goes by smoother and sometimes faster. (Here's an example: Avoiding caffeine & alcohol 24hrs before your appointment is necessary because both cause the blood to thin. This leads to excess bleeding during the procedure, causing the artist to have to take extra time and skill to implant the pigment properly.) Aftercare is just as important. You're given specific, yet easy instructions and complimentary products to ensure the best pigment retention possible. If, for example, you do not follow the instructions, the retention of pigment will not be up to our standards. (Here's an example: you just got home after your microblading appointment, and wet the treated area. That can cause the pigment to wash out- which we do not want!) ***Please always follow the Precare & Aftercare Instructions for best results ***
Of course we do! When an existing or new client refers a friend or family member both parties receive 10% off their next service.
